It all starts with a simple phone call: you set the date, go over the menu and describe your vision (Blade Runner meets A Midsummer Night’s Dream).

Once the night arrives, they’ll lead you and your date through the gardens, into the vineyards and to your table. It’s actually set in a private cabana that can be as wide-open or sheltered as the night demands. From there, you’ll run through courses like butter-poached lobster tail and pan-seared lamb loin, paired with sommelier-selected wines—which could even include a vertical of library wines if you want.
