To celebrate Mexican Independence Day (it’s September 16), La Sandia is rolling out 20 different tequila flights (that’s three tequilas per flight) for $10 each. They’re offered all week long, so you can fully explore the true meaning of independence.
Speaking of which, Third Street’s legendary El Carmen (home of 400 tequilas and counting) has a Mexican Independence Day blowout of its own in store. Expect mariachis to fill the small, dark, Mexican wrestler-festooned space from 9 to 11pm, and food and drink specials including $4 margaritas all night long.
