Dim sum and Belgian beer may not seem like the most obvious of pairings, but it takes just one time at Mama Ji's for everything to suddenly make perfect, delicious sense. As you load up on dumplings (steamed and fried), melty rice noodle rolls and barbecue pork buns, the thought of a cold, heady tripel will quickly sound... good. Nay, perfect. Weekend and weekday brunch are fine times for the dim sum magic, but much of the standout dim sum dishes are also available at dinner.
