It's all about the noodles at this Shaanxi-style Chinese restaurant on a quiet block in the Outer Sunset. They're all freshly made and are worth trying in the Shaanxi mian-pi (knife cut, with chili oil and sesame paste), the biangbiang noodles with lamb (the hand-pulled noodles are wide; the lamb, cumin-laced) and the Quishan pork noodle soup, which boasts one long, pliant noodle symbolizing good luck swimming in a rich, spicy-sour broth. The Chinese burgers with split pita-like bread loaded with lamb or pork are worth sampling, too.
