If you've heard of the Dark Horse Inn out in Crocker-Amazon, you're already ahead of most of the city's bar aficionados. And are also aware of their stellar beer list and equally excellent food menu featuring new-school pub classics made with house-smoked meats. So the only question, really, is why aren't you there right this second, halfway through a kimchi reuben? Don't answer that.
