Light-filled in the early evening and pleasantly sultry after dark, Wildhawk has a fine selection of cocktails, plenty of corners for intimate conversation, and cheese and charcuterie boards should you find the evening lingering on. Basically, this bar has everything a good first date requires, including talking points: it's named after a notorious 19th-Century showgirl named Lola Montex, who was often referred to as a "wild hawk." Just in case you want to drop that in.
