Great place for a libation at night. But it’s also the rare craft cocktail bar that opens at 9am. So come for a coffee with your laptop. By noon, you’ll find yourself beside some cocktails. Feeling very inspired.
Head into the back for the R&D bar, where a different guest bartender is allowed to do pretty much whatever they want. You’ll never find the same menu twice.
To the right of that big, beautiful bar, somewhere just beyond the raw bar, you’ll find a nice, dark little alcove where you and your friends can enjoy a little privacy. At least until the guy with oysters shows up.
Book the private room for your parties. Then you’ll get to spin the giant wheel and see what kind of discount you get on drinks. More bars should borrow from The Price Is Right.
