The Virginia distiller behind Copper Fox Rye and Wasmund’s Single Malt has bottled his first gin from malted barley. He calls it Vir. Get it? Anyway, it’s debuting at Vinoteca tonight, with gratis tastings and $7 classic gin cocktails. Yes, they’ll be gentle.
