So there’s this upcoming restaurant called Gristle. (Yeah, we know.) What it doesn’t have: a space. Yet. What it does have: a preview pop-up at Three Little Pigs, where you can find roast shoat, sausage, all kinds of BBQ and kegs of homebrew and cider. Maybe even some gristle.
