Frontier has campfire s’mores. The Pony has an appearance by the Blackhawk Ice Crew girls. Lottie’s has karaoke. Now to make an appearance at all of these important functions: a complimentary trolley. It’s sort of like the CTA, but stocked with gratis beer and rum.
Your Black Friday plans are locked down. But if the past is any indication, they could use a little more champagne. So four Loop bars (Midtown, Primebar, Grillroom and Townhouse) are offering $3 cocktails, $2 beer and $1 bubbly all day. Which, obviously, calls for a toast.
The best wrestling on Black Friday: obviously any lingerie sale. The next best: obviously with Billy Corgan. Resistance Pro, the Smashing Pumpkins front man’s new indie wrestling organization, launches its debut throwdown. Next year: Andrew Bird’s Christmas Kickboxing Tourney.
