This weekend, it might be time to go avant-garde. We’re talking beef tartare with mustard “yolk” and tuna with soy pearls and sardine powder. It’s all thanks to chef Morou Ouattara resurrecting his late, lamented temple of African-influenced culinary experimentation. Which should go well with that atonal acid jazz you’ve been listening to.
