Just in time for night one of eight, Top Chef alum Nikki Cascone opens her globally Jewish restaurant that twists and reinvents some of Grandma’s greatest hits. Think kreplach with Asian dipping sauce. Brisket on rye with pickled red onions. And chocolate egg creams with booze. Which was an off-the-menu item at Nana’s.
