Your five drams will be paired with stuff like lobster cakes, poached figs and corn flake-crusted frog legs. Which we hear stay crispy in milk.

Think punch with plums, cloves and ginger, and a toddy with bourbon, honey and hot Darjeeling tea. It’s either this, or one of those furry Russian hats.
