Raw Bar Happy Hour at Clyde's

It seems your happy hour investigations are never complete (it's a dirty job, but...). The Gallery Place go-to is hawking its whole raw bar for half off, as well as $7 burgers, $10 crab cake sandwiches and beers for $2 to $4. And then they're doing it again late-night. The job just gets dirtier...

St. Patrick's Day: Now a Monthly Thing

The H Street deli-cum-pub will now be celebrating St. Patrick's Day on the 17th of every month—over the strains of live Irish music, you'll celebrate with $1 off all Irish drafts, $5 shots of Clontarf whiskey and $8 plates of corned beef and cabbage. We can't wait to see what they do for Purim.

A Cigar and Scotch Brunch for Dad

An occasion like Father's Day calls for a cigar. Preferably on a patio, where the long arm of the DC government can't reach you. Enter Café Dupont, offering a gratis hand-rolled stogie to every dad who comes to brunch. They'll also be pouring four flights of scotch. Because you wouldn't want Dad's cigar to get lonely.

Jun 20, 11am-2pm, Café Dupont, 1500 New Hampshire Ave NW, 202-797-0169

BUCKET LIST

Unlimited Beer Buckets at Westend

All afternoon, the woody Ritz dining room is rolling out a burger bar, a sundae bar and unlimited buckets of beer and/or endless Bloody Marys from its DIY Bloody bar. If he's lucky, maybe Dad will be allowed to man the grill.

Silverdocs International Doc Fest Touches Down in DC

THE SILVER SCREENINGS

Silverdocs International Doc Fest Touches Down in DC

DC is no stranger to hyperbole and grandiose claims, but this one might ring true: the nation's finest documentary film festival will be held in this fair city, and it's starting this weekend. Silverdocs kicks off the weeklong event with a full slate of international films, which happens to be Nordic-heavy this go round. Apparently, the quickest way to unravel the Nordic psyche is by stalking the steam baths.
